Please ensure all original packaging and manufacturer documentation are included to facilitate a smooth return process.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are enclosed to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned plumbing supplies for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
